A quick note from me to let you know that I will be appearing at The British Drug Free Powerlifting Championships on July 14-15th in Bradford,UK, so anyone who wants to come along to give support is very welcome! I am currently hard at training to compete in the event & hope to emulate my 2006 success. Keep your eyes out on the blog for the results in about 10 days time!
